CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER.

As the financial institution’s Chief Executive Officer, Ms. Linton is delighted at the opportunity to serve the Members of FHC at this time in the organization’s history.  With the pace of change in the financial services industry, Roxann, a dynamic leader, will lead the organization through transformation, ensuring our Members remain at the centre of all we do.

A seasoned financial services professional, Roxann has worked with international financial institutions in progressively senior roles, locally, regionally and internationally. She has extensive experience in various areas, including Retail & Commercial Banking, Compliance and Risk Management.

She is a CFA Charterholder and a Certified Public Accountant, and earned her Bachelor and Master of Science Degrees in Accounting from the University of the West Indies.

Roxann is passionate and committed to improving the lives of less fortunate women and children and has served as the Chairperson of the Operational Board of Junior Achievement of Jamaica and on the Grants Committee of the Canadian Women’s Foundation.
